I am a Mother of three of my own children, all of which are now 18 and over. I have always had a passion for caring and looking after children of all ages. Helping them learn and grow as a person as well as teaching them to develop their everyday skills. I enjoy taking the children to play groups to socialise with other childminders, nannies and carers and to encourage the children to also play amongst the other children.

I'm an experienced, hardworking and passionate maternity nurse/nanny who is warm, caring and pro active and always have a positive approach for the welfare of the child.

I am twenty one years old and have recently been working as a telephone market researcher for Facts International. My role consisted of calling clients to gather feedback and to hit targets whilst working individually and within a team. However this was a zero hour contract so I couldn't rely on a stable monthly wage and it was also just a stop gap until I am able to find myself a job in nannying which is a role I really enjoy. Previous to this I had been working as a nanny for two children aged 3 and 7. Unfortunately the family have now moved away so my position was no longer available, I thoroughly enjoyed this role, as it was completely different to any other place I have worked in before. In the future I aim to study paediatric nursing at university, I have always been interested in this field of work since a young age and I am looking forward to being able to pursue my dream. However this wont be for around 5/6 years as I would like to save up and move out first. I believe I would make a great nurse as I have a very enthusiastic but caring nature. I have always known that I would like to work in a hospital setting for my career and previous work experience has helped me decide this.
